Highly Flexible thin-bed ready mixed acrylic adhesive for tiling to timber surfaces. Ideal for use on to most structurally sound, dry, interior wooden floors. Suitable for use in domestic kitchens, shower and bathrooms provided that a water resistant grout is used. Priming may not be required. Easy to apply with excellent water resistance and high bond strength. Superb handling characteristics and reliability. Exceeds the performance requirements of - BS EN 12004

Uses:

A thin bed adhesive for the bonding of ceramic tiles, mosaic, quarry and natural stone tiles. Designed for bonding to:
Timber clad floors,
Walls and timber work surfaces,
Tongued and Grooved floorboards (rigidly fixed) MDF,
Plywood,
Chipboard (flooring grades)
Tile backing boards, e.g., Aquapanel.
Sand/cement renders and screeds
Gypsum plaster,
Plasterboards,
Anhydrite floors,
Mild or galvanized steel.

Coverage:

6m² on vertical surface using notched trowel, 4m² per 15 kg pail with solid bed fixing to floors

Notes:

Not suitable for tiling to plastics, fibreglass or magnesite floors. Nicobond Tile To Timber should not be used for fixing lighter colour or absorbent natural stones since staining may occur. If in doubt always test a sample tile prior to fixing and allow adhesive to fully set.
