How long have you been established?
Vista Tiling Ltd was established in 2006.
Why have I not heard of you before?
We do not advertise much.
Do you do free estimates?
Yes we do. And they are detailed as much as
possible, so you know what's been taken into
account.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry £2m of public liability
insurance.
How quickly can you start on the job
and how much tiling can be done per day?
It depends on how busy we are, and if you
choose us to supply the materials, it depends on
stock availability. Also, tiling speed depends
on how difficult the layout is and wall
preparation. In usual situations where walls are
good enough for tiling, and the size of tiles
are 150x150, our tilers are required to complete
at least 8 square metres per day.
Do you work on the weekends?
This is entirely up to the person assigned
to the job. Our office working hours are Monday
to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Are you a member of any trade
association or guild?
No. There are some so-called trade
associations or guilds that will sell anyone a
membership logo for an annual fee, providing a
thin veneer of respectability for their members.
Given that the average consumer will not know
which guilds or associations are reputable and
which are not, we have chosen not to align
ourselves with any association or guild.
How can I pay for your services?
We accept cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
How can I be sure that your prices are
lowest?
If you receive lower fixed price quote from
other tiling company within 1 month, after you
have been quoted by us we will match the price
plus give you an extra 5% discount.
What size of tiles do you work with?
We work with all sizes without exceptions.
What type of tiles do you work with?
All types, Ceramic, Marble, Granite,
Porcelain, Natural Stone, Mosaics, Glass etc.
Do you cover my area?
We do cover all London and surrounding
areas inside M25 for smaller jobs and Nationally
for larger projects. Please check our up to date
