Standard 48 hour delivery is offered using our dedicated fleet of delivery vehicles. We are able to deliver directly to your site.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery as we will try to deliver your order once, and if there is no one available to accept the delivery your order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will have to be paid before we can send it out to you again.
- All deliveries must be checked before signing for the Goods and if items are damaged, it is very important that you indicate that on the delivery note and notify us of damages by phone or email immediately.
- Small orders (under 60 Kg) will be delivered to your doorstep and heavy products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.

Standard 48 hour delivery is offered using 3rd party transport providers. We are able to deliver directly to your site.
Orders under 60 Kg can be delivered via Parcel Courier (you will be emailed with a '1 hour' delivery slot the day your order is due to be delivered. This can be changed - simply follow the instructions in the email you will receive).
Orders over 60 Kg will be delivered on pallets with vehicles fitted with tail-lifts via National Pallet Delivery Network.
Please note: Deliveries to Scotland may take 2-3 working days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All orders will be sent as "Signed-For" and a signature will be required before the goods can be left, you will be able to request the courier to leave your items somewhere safe and if you do so Vista Tiling will not be responsible for damages/shortages etc.
- All "Signed-For" deliveries must be checked before signing for the Goods and if items are damaged, it is very important that you indicate that on the delivery note and notify us of damages by phone or email immediately.
- If your order is sent via Parcel Courier and there is no one available to accept the delivery the driver will leave you a card with information on it how to re-arrange the delivery. Courier will try twice before returning your order to us, if this happens a redelivery charge will have to be paid before we can send your order out to you again.
- If your order is sent on a pallet, you must ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery as pallet carrier will try to deliver your order once, and if there is no one available to accept the delivery your order will be returned to us and re-delivery charge will have to be paid before we can send it out to you again.
- Parcels (under 60 Kg) will be delivered to your doorstep and pallets will be delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.
